Customer is required to make contact with LODO for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to sending any item/s back. If package is sent back to LODO without an RA#, is it very possible that, that item will be returned back to sender. Once you receive an RA# from LODO, it should be BOLDLY written on the outside of the package. Inside the package, please clearly state the reason for the return, contact information, and a copy of the invoice. LODO's policy is not to retain any customer's Credit Card information due to security issues. For refunds or credits, LODO may have to contact you to re-obtain that CC# info. We accept returns as long as the item is in as-new condition, with all parts of items still attached, for up to 30 days from date of shipment. Any missing parts may disqualify the customer the full or part of the refund. Refunds are for the original amount, less any shipping charges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend insuring your return package for the original purchase amount, and using some sort of delivery-confirmation service. We are not responsible for packages lost during return transit.
Gear that has been used, is dirty, missing parts, etc., will not be accepted for returns. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will work with you and the manufacturer to help make it right.
Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: USPS and FedEx.
